Non Surgical Facelift
We offer a free consultation with a clinical cosmetic nurse, and physician. Average time 20-30 mins. During this time we establish the following:
- Patient medical history
- Facial assessment
- Establish the course for your bespoke treatment
- Consultation with our cosmetic doctor
The procedure time is expected to take 60-70 minutes.
Pain experience: expect mild to moderate – topical and local anaesthetic, ice may be used immediately post-treatment. Downtime: 24 hours of reduced activity level, minimal bruising expected 3-5 days.
The non-surgical facelift is achieved by using a combination of dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments. A thorough assessment of the individual natural facial structure, product/medication is strategically placed.
This can result in completely smoothening fine lines, and softening deep lines, and correction of focal symmetry which may give you an immediate youthful appearance. Full effects of this treatment take hold by day 10 post-procedure. The anti-wrinkle treatment lasts approximately 3 months, and filler treatments last from 12-18 months.
- Forehead line
- Frown lines
- Crows feet line
In addition to these areas, you may also request in place, or in addition to (at no extra cost) a brow lift, softening lines, smile lift, gummy smile, lip flip and masseter treatment (jaw tension/teeth grinding)
Treatments fully take hold by day 10 after administration and last approximately 3 months. Smaller dosed top-up treatment may be required as maintenance after 3 months.
Filler regions include:
- Nasolabial folds
Alternative filler treatment areas may be requested in place, or in addition (at extra cost) to the standard locations which include jawline definition, tear trough, temple volume or a hairline lift.
Filler is administered to higher risk areas via the cannula technique which reduces bruising, swelling and is generally a less painful procedure (less needling). Local anaesthetic is used for all filler procedures. In addition to this, the filler product itself contains local anaesthetic for a more comfortable and tolerable procedure.
After your treatment, your nurse will inform you of your aftercare regime.
It is important to remain upright for the next 3 hours to allow anti-wrinkle treatments to lock into place – this avoids migration of the products which may result in asymmetry or reduced movement to areas that are not favourable.
Avoid activity that may include sweat, alcohol, and blood-thinning agents for the next 24 hours, or as advised by your nurse. It is advised that make-up should be left removed for the next 24 hours. Filler areas may be gently massaged as advised by your nurse.
Your nurse will be available to you, to personally contact for the next 48 hours after treatment, should you have any queries or concerns. We pride ourselves with a personalised on call service. A follow up consultation is recommended/advised after 10 days.
Safety is of the highest priority for all clients, whether your treatment is minor or major. Being a specialised skin care clinic, we aim to provide the highest quality service with patient care at the forefront of our practice.
